What we do
We can deliver regular food parcels for up to 12 weeks to people in financial need and can also arrange an emergency food parcel if needed.
The areas we cover
We cover most of the Gower area, except Gorseinon, Gowerton, Killay, West Cross and Mumbles, who have their own food banks and projects
How to apply
Please call one of our friendly referrers to request a food parcel. You can also be referred through your local area coordinator or via your local school.
Donate or volunteer with us
We gladly accept donations of food or money and welcome volunteers in a variety of roles.
